Kelsey C. Peacock joined Meenan P.A. as an Associate in 2022. Her practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, primarily in the insurance sector, drawing on a strong background in government affairs and compliance.
Prior to joining Meenan P.A., Mrs. Peacock served as Deputy Director of Human Resources and previously as a law clerk for a statewide political organization, where she specialized in campaign finance compliance. She also served as a law clerk for the Florida Department of Financial Services, focusing on contract review and procurement procedures.
Mrs. Peacock earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Sociology, magna cum laude, from Florida State University in 2017. She received her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2021.
During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, Internal Vice President of the Women’s Law Symposium, a Student Ambassador for the Office of Admissions, and a Student Associate for a legal research platform.
Mrs. Peacock is an active member of The Florida Bar. She is also a member of Tallahassee Women Lawyers and serves as an advisor to the local chapter of Gamma Phi Beta sorority, continuing her commitment to mentorship and leadership in the community.
A Tallahassee native, Mrs. Peacock is dedicated to community involvement and mentorship. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden retriever, Liberty.
