Meenan P.A. was proud to set up and make the inaugural contribution to the Art Collins Leadership Scholarship Fund to provide scholarship grants to students selected by the Florida Caucus of Black State Legislators Foundation. Art Collins was the first professional staff of the Caucus, and has become a successful entrepreneur, and serves on boards of major corporations, charities, and universities. At the Caucus 2025 Gala, Tim Meenan presented the creation and initial funding of the Art Collins Leadership Scholarship Fund to the members of the Florida black caucus, led by Senator Darryl Rouson. Meenan P.A. committed to raising $40,000, and in his gracious acceptance speech, Art committed an additional $50,000 from the Collins Family Foundation.
