TAMPA, Fla. – On Wednesday, Governor Rick Scott’s Commission on Healthcare and Hospital Funding will kick off its “Spotlight Transparency Tour” in Tampa. The Commission was formed by Governor Scott to provide greater transparency around the way tax dollars are used at publically-funded hospitals to ensure tax dollars support the best care possible for families. The next two stops of the transparency tour will be in Jacksonville and Miami.
